Heritage Design

The Porsche 992 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition, unveiled in 2020, is a limited-production model celebrating Porsche’s rich design heritage.
Developed by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, it is the first model in the Heritage Design strategy, a series of special editions that reinterpret iconic styling cues from Porsche models of the 1950s and 1960s.
Limited to 992 examples worldwide, a reference to the internal designation of the 992 generation of the 911, this special edition blends modern 911 engineering with carefully reimagined vintage design elements.
Distinctive details include historic gold-colored Porsche crests inspired by the 1963 emblem, white decorative graphics on the front wings reminiscent of classic Porsche racing cars, and a Heritage badge on the rear grille recalling the award once given to Porsche 356 owners who surpassed 100,000 kilometres.
Based on the 911 Targa 4S, it is powered by a 3.0-litre twin-turbo flat-six producing 450 horsepower, driving all four wheels.
The Heritage Design Edition perfectly embodies the meeting of tradition and modernity, offering a contemporary tribute to Porsche’s early models while retaining the performance and technology of a modern 911.
