There are performance cars and then there are cars that become part of AMG history.

The Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG Black Series (W204) belongs firmly in the latter category.
Built in strictly limited numbers, with 800 examples produced worldwide, the Black Series was conceived without compromise: more power, less weight, wider bodywork, serious aerodynamics and a chassis developed with the racetrack in mind.

At its heart lies the legendary 6.2-litre naturally aspirated AMG V8, one of the last great high-displacement, naturally aspirated engines from AMG. Producing 517 hp and 620 Nm of torque. The real magic is the way the engine delivers its power. Its immediate throttle response, linear power delivery and unmistakable V8 soundtrack. Deep and aggressive at low revs, metallic and increasingly intense through the mid-range and absolutely ferocious at high rpm is a defining part of the Black Series experience.
